Smart Technology Services was introduced to prototyping! A morning to imagine the experience around a webshop for the purchase of spare parts, a prioritized track resulting from few months exploration and consultation of our customers needs with @Nekoé, an economic development association which supports companies in services innovation, based on the user-centered design approach.
The major challenge for STS is to ensure that the user of the machine can identify the right part to replace, using an intuitive and tailor-made tool for each client!
